As the founder of Emotico, Maidalynne works with Chief Executive Officers and executive teams within large global corporations, extensively in the Middle East, UK, Australia, and across Asia and New Zealand, She also worked as a Senior Client Partner with Franklin Covey and has trained in Turkey, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia.  She is a qualified facilitator for Situational Leadership and trained in the Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) developed by the Hermann International organisation in the US.

As a qualified Emotional Intelligence trainer and coach with the Institute for Health and Human Potential (IHHP), she also holds expert coaching qualifications from CoachU and is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation.

Maidalynne’s primary focus is management and leadership development. She helps clients increase their emotional Intelligence and to manage themselves and others to peak levels of performance. Maidalynne is also the founder of the EMOTICO Coach Supervision Collective, aimed at providing exemplary supervision to coaches globally who are committed to honouring quality assurance within their profession.   She is qualified as a Coaching Supervisor with Coaching Supervision Academy, London.

With over 40 years of professional experience in business, Maidalynne has a strong knowledge base, which makes her invaluable as a leadership facilitator and coach.
